Some nights I really have a very limited amount of time to put together a dinner before I get back to the grind. Here is one of my favorite weeknight dinners which can be ready in under 15 minutes!
Just because it's a quick put together, doesn't mean you have to compromise on nutrition or flavor!

Moringa Oleifera is often known as the “miracle tree” and is an Ayurvedic staple for all of its antiviral, antidepressant, and anti inflammatory properties. Ive been experimenting with many superfoods and Ayurvedic cooking techniques, I have fallen in love with the Moringa powder and love adding it to my daily diet. Adding it to your pizza sauce, is a great way to incorporate in all these amazing health benefits!
This quick and easy flatbread pizza can be customized with any toppings you have in the fridge and makes a delicious and fulfilling dinner! Here is one of my favorite combinations of toppings.
P.S. Simply leave out the chicken, for a vegetarian recipe!
dEATS:
(1 pizza, 490 cal, 44g protein)
Ingredients:
1 piece of Flatbread
¼ cup marinara sauce
¼ tsp of each: salt, pepper, red chilli powder, garlic powder, cumin powder
¼ tsp Moringa Powder
Shredded Spinach (25g)
Sundried tomato (30g)
Sliced white Onion (10g)
¼ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
sliced Chicken breast (110g) (leave out for vegetarian recipe!)

The Magic:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, cook sliced chicken breast for 4-5 minutes with italian seasoning until done.
Meanwhile, make your pizza sauce by combining marinara sauce with all of the spices and Moringa powder.
Spread the sauce on your flatbread.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Add on spinach, sundried tomato, onion and cooked chicken.
Bake for about 7-8 minutes.
Cut into squares and enjoy :)
This looks delicious! And so quick to make for those lazy nights at home
