3 Ingredient Pancakes (GF)

A pancake recipe with only 3 ingredients-- all of which you definitely have in your pantry!


YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WITH OATS! This is my Go-To pancake recipe that I relied on almost every Sunday while at college. Its super quick and easy and perfect for a morning when you want a satisfying breakfast but don't have all the time in the world to prep something.


The flavor possibilities are endless but banana+blueberry is one of my favorites! To make the batter, all you need is rolled oats, an egg, and a banana! Go crazy with flavors and toppings :)


 

dEATS:

(9-10 mini pancakes)


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs⁣

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats⁣

  • 1 ripe banana⁣

⁣THE MAGIC

  1. Add everything to a food processor and blend till uniform! ⁣

  2. Lightly grease a pan, and heat on medium heat⁣

  3. Pour batter to create circles and add in fruit if you'd like-- sliced bananas and blueberries are my favorite⁣

  4. Flip after about 3ish minutes⁣ and let cook for another 2 minutes

  5. When ready, top with yogurt, crushed walnuts, chia seeds, more fruit, and drizzle with chocolate syrup! Enjoy!
