2 Ingredient Strawberry Chia Jam

This jam recipe is ready under 10 minutes, sweetened with real fruit, thickened by chia seeds and contains absolutely no refined sugar. I was always a big PB&J fan, but reading the nutritional labels for some of my favorite store-bought jams, I was appalled to see so much sugar and preservatives added.
I realized how easy it is to make my own jam, without any of these preservatives. Ive been making this jam on the weekends and then using it throughout the week for breakfast in a PB&J sandwich, on some toast, in my yogurt bowls, and even eating it by the spoonfuls... oops! ā£

P. S. I also love adding some Camu Camu powder to my jam for some extra Vitamin C!!ā£

Ingredients:
ā¢2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)ā£
ā¢2 tbsp chia seedsā£
ā¢2 tsp Camu Camu powder ā£(optional)

The Magic
-Add the strawberries to a pan on medium high heat, and let them thaw if frozen. ā£
-As the fruit warms up, begin to mash it to desired consistency. ā£
-Keep stirring for 3-4 minutes and then add in chia seeds and camu camu powder. ā£
-Take off the heat, and stir well. ā£
-Let it cool to room temperature, and then enjoy or store in the fridge for future use!
